Online Complaints Book

According to the statutes of the Health Regulatory Authority (ERS), its task is to assess complaints about healthcare establishments and monitor the follow-up given to them by the providers concerned. The resolution of complaints is the responsibility of the establishments themselves, which must respond to each complaint with a view to bringing the parties closer together and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Dental Seabra Clinic is obliged to submit all complaints, compliments and suggestions to ERS via the SGREC - Complaints Management System, regardless of the means used: physical complaints book, electronic complaints book, ERS website or other.
Registration on the Electronic Complaints Book platform has been mandatory for healthcare providers in the private, social and cooperative sectors since October 2019, in accordance with Decree-Law 74/2017.

You can access the Electronic Complaints Book via the official website: www.livroreclamacoes.pt
